    How it works

    The increased pressure allows more oxygen to dissolve into your blood and temporarily increases oxygen delivery to tissues. Hyperbaric oxygen is used in medicine for specific clinical indications. At Volumes, each session gives you a controlled exposure to increased pressure and oxygen.

How to prepare

  • Eat normally and arrive hydrated. Do not drink alcohol before the session. Avoid attending with a cold, blocked nose or significant sinus congestion because pressure equalisation may be difficult. Wear comfortable clothing.

    No. Phones, laptops and other electronic devices are not permitted inside the chamber for safety reasons.

    Yes. Flying after a standard hyperbaric oxygen session is generally safe.
