Measure cardiorespiratory fitness and aerobic capacity.
Price shown is indicative and pending confirmation.
What it is
- Your true VO2max in ml/kg/min, measured breath by breath, not estimated by a watch.
- Ventilatory thresholds and five heart-rate training zones, precise to the beat.
- A debrief on how to move the number: zone 2 volume and intervals that work.
How it works
01
Warm-up & calibration
Mask fitting, analyzer calibration and an easy 10-minute warm-up.
02
The test
A graded ramp on treadmill or bike, getting steeper every minute until you call it, usually 8–14 minutes of work.
03
Zones & debrief
Your number, your thresholds, and how to train them.
Before you come: No hard training for 24–48 hours before. No food or caffeine for 3 hours before. Bring the shoes you train in.
Included in
Booking the assessment is cheaper than booking each test on its own.

It's hard but short: the last two minutes are genuinely tough, then it's over. Most people say it feels like the end of a 5k race.
How often should I retest?Open +Close −
Every 8–12 weeks during a focused training block is ideal to see the number move.
